We have a requirement for a OMS and CI Advisor; the position is based in Stavanger Norway, with an immediate start and expected duration of eighteen months.
Duties Include:
- Facilitating implementation of the client’s management system “Operating Management System” (OMS) in Norway according to global corporate expectations and alignment with UK (mother company)
- Facilitating implementation of process related to continuous improvement (CI) in Norway according to global corporate expectation and alighment with UK
- Facilitating sustainable operation of OMS and CI processes to support and deliver BPN objectives
- Risk management of OMS implementation via the risk management tool
- Take active responsibility to develop and/or manage the OMS tools (GAT and local Acess Database) and produce all required reports as necessary
- Take active responsibility to develop Gap Closure action plans, and establish and follow up of OMS tansition plans
- Contribute to develop annual operating plan and conformance plans for BPN and assets
- Contribute in planning, organising and delivering audits towards OMS and CI
- Pro-active communication with team leaders
Experience required:
- Minimum 10 years experience within oil & gas operation, either onshore or offshore
- minimum a bachelor degree
- Preferably experience within strategic management and quality systems and continuous improvement
Languages:
- Fluent in Norwegian and english, both oral and in writing
