We have a requirement for a Quality Control Lead; the position is based in Norway, with an immediate start.
Duties Include:
- Plan, coordinate and follow-up Company’s QC activities towards the SPS EPC Contractor
- Conduct a review of needs and develop and implemnt a Quality Control System fro the SPS project
- Follow-up SPS EPC Contractor’s Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
- Follow-up the third party verification body (IVB) contract wrt. quality issues
- To implement Quality Control Policy and the associated Quality Control systems
- Develop quality control standards
- Provide QA support as necessary
- Diagnosis of quality problems
- Assist in the resolution of quality related problems
- Implementation programs to establish Quality Control Services
- Monitor and follow-up the Quality Control Services
- Coodinate and follow-up the third party verification body (IVB) work
- Assist Materials Engineers in Quality Control issues (NDT etc)
Experience required:
- Engineering degree
- 15 years of Oil & Gas industry experience
- 10 years of quality control experience
