We have a requirement for a T&I HSE Engineer; the position is based in Safaniya Saudi Arabia, with an immediate start.
Duties Include:
- Coordinate and supervise offshore and onshore T&I HSE activities
- Monitor and periodically review HSE training programs
- Highlight any deficiencies on the HSE requirements to the T&I HSE manager
- Participate in the accident/incident reporting and investigation
- Participate and coordinate the HSE safety statistical reporting
- Provide support and monitor activities of the offshore and onshore safety officers
- Provide specific in-house HSE trainings to the supervisors and workers such as LIS – Five Stars
- Permanently monitor and improve project HSE Management System on the project marine vessels without appointed safety officer
- Participate in the project HSE audits and company PSI (Project Safety Index)
- Temporary fill up the position of the work site safety officer in case of unpredictable situations and needs
- Participate in site HSE meetings
- Participate the project HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and JSA sessions
- Perform other tasks given by the T&I HSE Manager in accordance with the Project requirements
Experience required:
- Offshore AND onshore experience
- OPITO and BOSIET certificates
